General condition:
This 2007 Sessa Key Largo 28 is in good presentational condition. No particular issues noted on the hull structure or superstructures. This unit shows natural signs of aging due to years of use. The engines start at first attempt and are serviced annually.
Exterior:
The hull was wrapped (grey / dark blue) in 2020. Overall condition is good. No lifting areas or major scratches observed. The superstructures are also in good presentational condition without major marks. The white gelcoat requires polishing. All equipment has been tested and is operational. The exterior wood parts also need treatment.
The flexiteak flooring was installed at the start of the 2024 season. The workmanship is of good quality. All upholstery is original except for the backrest of the forward sunbathing area. Their presentational condition is fair. The console, cockpit covers, and bimini are in used condition.
Interior:
This unit has seen little use from its current owners, who have had the boat since 2012, especially in the sleeping and bathroom areas. Upholstery is in good condition and wall linings are intact. The galley shows typical aging signs for a Key Largo 28 with wooden parts reacting poorly to sink water splashes. The floors also show some wear over time in the central area and on the steps down to the cabin.
Mechanical:
The two 225hp Mercury engines start on first attempt without smoke or abnormal noise. The engine covers have been recently repainted. Engines are fitted with 3-blade stainless steel propellers with lock nuts following a past issue. No further remarks on this point.
Electronics:
The boat is equipped with a Smartcraft navigation center for engine management, a Garmin 720S GPS combo, and a fixed Ocean 4700 VHF radio.
Additionally, there is a Sony radio/CD player with remote control at the dashboard. All this equipment is fully operational and dates back to the year of the boat.
